General Information

Closet and Storage Systems warranties all product and installation for one (1) year from date of installation.

(Ex. Install 01/01/01, Warrantied Until 01/01/02).

 

Warranty covers:

- Defects of product that fail to operate properly within one year (hinges, drawers, cabinets)

- One time replacement of a desilvering mirror within one year

- Shifting of glass within one year (typically due to home or glass settling)

 

Closet and Storage Systems does NOT cover damage of product due to any conditions caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product, or failure to follow our instructions with respect to cleaning and maintenance.

(Ex. Scratches, Dents, Unsanitary Conditions)

For services following an expired warranty:

- Service Charge - $100 per visit (subject to change per CSS policy).

- Parts or Materials – Charged at current rate

 

Closet and Storage Systems holds the right to deny service due to any conditions caused by abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product, or failure to follow our instructions with respect to cleaning and maintenance.
