What is your process?

Our process begins with a scheduled measurement appointment. During this visit, your technician or sales representative will take precise measurements of your space while discussing your needs to create a custom closet layout tailored just for you. Once you approve the design, we will order the necessary materials and schedule your installation. Your dream closet is just a few steps away!

What is the lead time on your products?

These times are subject to change; your sales representative is the best person to contact for updated lead times.

Can I see samples of materials and finishes before deciding?

Yes, absolutely! During your in-home consultation, we will bring a variety of samples with us that will help you match your style preferences. You are also invited to visit our showroom to explore our product lines.

How can I prepare for my closet installation?

Please ensure that the closet space is cleared of all personal belongings. Our installers will require an area to set up and cut materials. Typically, we use garage space for this purpose; however if a garage is not available, we can set up outside. Please note that inclement weather may necessitate an indoor space for our work.

Do you remove existing closet shelving?

Closet and Storage Systems removes existing wire shelving only. We patch the holes, but do not offer sanding/painting services. Wood shelving must be removed by the customer prior to installation. Please consult with your sales person for additional information.

How can I prepare for my shower installation?

Please make sure the shower is completely dry before installation. We recommend avoiding the use of the shower on the morning of your installation to ensure the best results. Thank you for your cooperation!

What do I need to do after my shower door is installed?

Please refrain from using the shower for 24 hours after installation to ensure the silicone cures properly. For best results, we recommend daily squeegeeing to keep your glass clean and clear. Additionally, please refrain from using harsh chemicals to clean your shower enclosure. Please see our care instructions for additional information.
